#1. Mis-measure

This is a new 'fixed' (not retractable) traditional style window canopy awning - size 113"w x 24"h x 24"projection. It has a modern straight hemmed valance for stylish good looks. The colour is a textured stripe of beige, tan and brown - neutral yet elegant. This awning would regularly sell for $655.00 installed plus tax but you can have this new awning for the low price of only $491.25 installed! This is a 25% discount for a brand new awning.

This display awning has been inside it's whole 'life'. This model is the Classic style with adjustable pitch control, size 9'wide x 7' projection. It's controlled manually with a detachable crank handle. The colour is forest green/grey/white stripe. It's small, but might be perfect over a hot tub, over a bar-b-que or a small "Juliet-type" balcony. This is also a brand new awning - never used! A Royal Imperial Marcesa size 14'w x 11'6" projection.
