The President
Terrace Track Awnings System When it's desirable to cover a very large area  or areas that will be used all year round consider our President Terrace Track awning system. With our President, you get a robust but uncommonly attractive awning that can withstand nearly all weather conditions.
It features aluminum construction with a cassette box that protects the awning fabric when retracted. The electric motor makes the President easy to extend and retract.
Fitted over an anodized extruded aluminum frame, the President is available with fittings such as gutters, drainpipes and gables which will combine for a complete and flexible awning system.Options and Specifications

Retractable (Lateral Arm) Patio Awnings All of the patio awnings displayed in the patio awning page are available for commercial use.  We can add your company's name, logo or other lettering or advertisements as desired. There are several patterns of material available that are water-proof as well as several patterns that are fire-retardent for strict building codes. Our patio awnings come in widths to 23 feet and projections of up to 13 feet. They can be hand operated or motorized and operated by a switch or remote control. Banks of awnings can be operated individually or together with our Somfy Individual Group Control System.

Window Awnings
All of our retractable, fixed traditional and European basket style window awnings are also available for commercial use. Large retractable window awnings are available in standard widths up to 30 feet and can  be special ordered larger. They are available with all the standard options as our residential awnings and one of the most useful options is the sun/wind sensor. This allows you the maximum use of your awnings with the minimum of fuss.
Traditional or basket awnings over doors or windows can add distinction to a business as well as advertise the name or products.
European Style Window AwningFor maximum coverage on very tall windows, consider the Aristocrat Markisolette. An exclusive, unique large drop window awning, the Markisolette has gas shock cylinders on the arms which ensures the ultimate in wind stability. All the exposed surfaces are white polyester powder coated. The standard operation is gear driven, but the ultimate is motorization and options run from remote control to sun and wind detectors.
