  Pacific Rollshutters & Awnings is the largest retailer of residential shade and security products on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Owned and operated by Bruce & Linda Holland, we have been serving lower Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands since 1991 - but with a total of over 20 years experience in the window covering industry.Our office is located behind our home and you can see many of our products in action. We're located in Saanich, just off West Saanich Road just one block off Wilkinson. Follow the signs to the Vancouver Island Technology Centre ... it's easy to find. You are welcome to drop by during office hours of Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm or any other time by appointment. However, most of our clients prefer us to come to them - which allows us to view their situation in person, take measurements and give an accurate estimate. This is free of charge and is available any day and time that is most convenient for you. FOR OUR MAIL-ORDER CLIENTS: For those customers not in our immediate area (Vancouver Island), please see below for information on how to find the dealer of the desired product nearest to you. If there is no one close or if you prefer, we would be happy to ship directly anywhere in Canada. All necessary instructions for installation will be included and we are happy to give any phone support as necessary. As all of our products are custom made, we do not list prices here - there are just too many variables to list! All of our products are custom made and take approximately 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. All of our installations are done by our own installers - except for electrical hook-ups where required. This can either be contracted through us or you can bring in you own electrician.
